Kambaba Jasper Chameleon

The moment I saw these Kambaba animal carvings, I bought every single one the vendor had.

No sorting. No picking favorites. Just, “Yes, I’ll take all of them.”

And then this goofy little chameleon showed up.

I honestly can’t look at him without smiling.

There is something so cheerful about his expression. He looks completely content with life, like he’s just wandering through the jungle having the best day imaginable.

I’ve always loved Kambaba Jasper for its ancient, almost mystical appearance. The swirling patterns throughout the stone remind me of old forests, forgotten stories, and wisdom gathered over centuries. In this carving, those beautiful natural patterns flow across the entire body, giving the chameleon incredible character from every angle.

What I especially love is how perfectly the material suits the carving. The greens and dark swirling circles feel right at home on a chameleon, almost as though the stone was waiting to become this little creature.

He’s substantial in size, beautifully polished, and absolutely packed with personality.

Out of all the Kambaba animals we brought home, this one makes me smile every single time I walk past it.
