No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the rare case that an item arrives damaged during transit.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, we require:

1. Clear photos of the unopened shipping box showing any visible damage.


2. Clear photos of the damaged item(s) after opening the box.


3. Your order number and full name from the purchase.

 

This documentation is necessary for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and determine an appropriate resolution.
